A Study in the Epistle of James - Rob Blumenstock
The Book of James offers practical guidance for Christians trying to grapple with the temptations and challenges of daily life. It provides some of the most memorable and timeless passages to help us walk closer in obedience to God. These passages are as applicable to our contemporary lives as they were in the days of Jesus.
James will help us understand how the transformational grace of God is continually working to shape us into who he made us to be. Throughout this book we will navigate the complexities of humanity such as speech, humility, mercy, wealth, wisdom and temptation. Most importantly, however, the theme that remains clear is that faith must be exercised through action to reach its potential.

Conflict, Forgiveness, and Reconciliation - Bob Dumas & Amy Galarowicz
Conflict is inevitable. Just the word “conflict” makes us uneasy. Maybe because it has never ended well for us? But God’s word can lead us through conflict to where we want to be…forgiveness and reconciliation. That’s the salvation story isn’t it. This is what “becoming like Christ” is like!

1 John, 2 John, 3 John - George Hillman
This verse-by-verse study will complete the final chapters of 1 John started last semester and continue through 2nd and 3rd John.
The letters of 1, 2, and 3 John provide pastoral guidance to early Christians, emphasizing the inseparable bond between walking in truth, showing love, and maintaining correct doctrine regarding Jesus’ incarnation. They offer encouragement, warn against false teachers, and emphasize assurance of salvation.
